You can't download?! – File Manager and Browser - Files App Review

There is not an option to use an Internet browser! That's exactly what your description states! Just wasted $3.99 awesome! Screw this app! Only lets you save videos from your camera roll. And even then- you can't put them back onto your camera roll.
