Service unavailable – Voicy Phone - Prank Dial Call with Voice Changer Review

I love this app. It's fun to use it's great and I don't mind paying money for the Minutes butts when I am paying and I have Minutes and I try to call I always get "service unavailable" and I also get "congestion " can you please fix.
