Love but needs some help – Sushi Master - Cooking story Review

I tried app support but the website it takes me to is in a different language. The new sushi levels are awesome...but...there's a delay after the sushi has been made. I hit the roll mat option, see the progress, 3 second count down, then the mat goes blank for a few seconds, then the sushi pops up and you can pass it to the customer, it speeds up and fixes by the end of the level every time but the it takes up quite a bit of time and is incredible frustrating and I can't pass the level (36-3) because of it. Please fix!!!
