Doesn't connect, help section doesn't work – GoCamera for Sony PlayMemories Review

I can't get this to connect the way I'm used to connecting my camera to apps and the help section doesn't load when you press the button; instead it loads a keyboard that you can't dismiss. I wouldn't recommend this app.
