Love the look and feel of the app but it had defects – Now Alarm Clock - Get Up! Review

I absolutely love the look and feel of this app but I cannot for the life of me get the alarm working. I emailed the company several days ago about it with no response. The app is pretty much useless to me without the alarm working. I hope the get the defects fixed soon.
