After 5.5 years, the physics is still wrong!!! – Sonic The Hedgehog 4™ Episode I Review

Why does Sonic stop in mid air and drop when you stop holding down the d-pad? He should keep going in a parabolic motion like in the old game, just like in real life. It's unrealistic to have him fall like that. Also, why does the screen have to turn around when sonic goes in a loop. That's totally unnecessary. Keep it simple!!!
