Won't open after downloading – Watch Faces: Custom Watch Face Review

What good is this if it won't even open after downloading the app? All I get is a spinning wheel where each of the pics should be. I do have the latest iOS and iPhone 6S Plus. What gives? I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time on this one.
