Lousy game about difficult for traffic highway safety skills? – 2020: My Country - Build your future city Review

I can't do it because this updated about new traffic highway safety skills only (earn 10-30% required)... Why????? I can't do that it! Then, I hate this game! (I like normal earn than traffic highway skills). I feel upset with new arcade game only by updated for traffic highway safety skills. This has simulator and strategy always, but updated for add new arcade only. ?
