Needs to fix major bug in latest update – Shazam Encore Review

I have loved this app since it first debuted on iPhone. It is my go-to music identification app. Sadly, the latest version (9.4.1) introduced a bug(s) that cause a slow "Listening" and "Sending" and then I am told I am not connected. This occurs while I am on cellular or WiFi, even after phone reboot and app reinstall.
