Don't understand – Cheats for GTA - for all GTA games (GTA 5 & GTA V) Review

I don't understand anything about the vice city one I have bought this game on my iPhone well IOS device and it got really boring when I can't complete a mission so can we do other things than ride around in a car or mess with the cops need something else to do
