Doesn't work – Manual Move: Add Calories to Activity Ring Review

I have the app installed and when you save the activity it adds the calories to the move ring. Then about a minute later it is gone. The workout does not count towards your move goal. Also I emailed customer support with screenshots over 24 hours ago and have not even received a confirmation email. I will be uninstalling and requesting a refund.
