Needs improvement – Easy Repost for Instagram - Download / Save your Instagram Pictures & Videos Review

I purchased the application not too long ago, then the application worked well. Now, the application is not recognizing my purchase and consistently asks to upgrade for a price, and every second there is an ad. I can't type one complete word, without an ad interrupting between each letter. I'm not a fan of this app. Currently, the application does not save videos. Mind you, this was a service paid for. Since the service paid for is not is not fulfilled, will the consumers receive a refund?
