Disappointed – Blur It Free Review

Looking to blur out the background of one of my photos. When I downloaded this app I assumed that it would be a good app, having a four-and-a-half star rating. But, when I downloaded it, it had an iPhone 4 layout (!), black bars, and you couldn't even zoom in. Zooming in is a basic necessity to use a blur app, so you can get fine detail in, but this app is so junky, you can't even do that. Please, in the future, add a zoom in option and make the layout (buttons for example) more modernlike, and this app will get a better review. This app was last updated in 2012, so it might not go anywhere with updates.
