Ughhhh? – Photo Blender Review

My friend has this app and her pics comes out nice but when I try mines don't come out the same ,why can't you position or move the pictures in the direction you want them to go it's like my pics on top of each other ugghhhh it's annoying me and then it crashes like why? Help me somebody???
