Game Data Lost – Spirit Guardian - Vanguard Rush Review

I've been playing this game for a long time, leveled up lots of characters, downloaded update and all of my data was lost!!!!! Contacted customer a week ago with no response.... Start over??? I think not.... So much wasted time and money if this not fixed soon!!!!
