Please fix bugs – PicCam- Photo Editor & FX Editor & Frame Maker FREE Review

I love this app, it's my favorite one to work with, but lately when I open it it's completely blank. It never loads. It won't even let me upload a photo. I love this app so much and I really wanna use it again. Can you PLEASE update it or fix the bugs?
