This app doesn't work. – Upload Box - Upload photos and videos from your camera roll for Snapchat Review

This app basically asked if I wanted to buy the upgrade for 9.99 so I did and then it stopped working. Haven't been able to get it to work since. Re downloaded and installed, still doesn't work. Total scam and want my money back.
