Favorite game!! Up until update!! – Spirit Guardian - Vanguard Rush Review

Man this game was my favorite game I have had it on my phone since its release and invested countless hrs and money into it. Then the update came out and now my people want even show up, anytime I go to do anything it locks up and I have to shut it down, I can't even fight the arena or upgrade armor or characters!!! I've tried everything and re installed the game numerous times and every time the same thing ( no characters and lock up phone). And I can't get someone to help from the game developers!! I've turned so many people on to this game cause it was a great game, but it went from the best to worst. I'm willing to change this review if a developer would help me get it back on track. Even my wife has problems with hers not loading.
