Highly upset :,( please fix! – Video 365 Free Photo Journal daily picture diary calendar Review

I love the concept of this app and was so excited to use it to document and remember the 1st year of my sons life. 9 months in and the app won't even open for me anymore. I've tried everything except for deleting the app because I'm afraid if I do, I will FOR SURE lose every saved picture of my son taken from June until now. Upset & disappointed doesn't even describe the hurt I feel. :,( please fix so that it works again.
