Some problems downloading and opening on iPhone.... – Tiny House Magazine Review

I'm having some issues opening and downloading the mag on my iPhone But it works okay (sometimes) on my iPad....I tried to contact Cust service but they have not replied yet... What I could read was very informative and interesting!
