Latest update requires in-app purchases enabled – Mouse Maze - Top Brain Puzzle Review

My son loved this game but now he can't play it and I will delete it. The new version requires that in-app purchases be enabled. So unless you want to hand your credit card over to the app maker DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Bad move guys. Apple how did you approve this?
