It's Junk – Monster.com Job Search Review

The searches provide jobs completely and utterly unrelated to the key words or criteria that I use. Most of all the filter doesn't work at all. I live in NW New Mexico and when I filter my search results for anything within 20 or 30 miles I get jobs as far away as Boston and Pennsylvania. Worthless. Needs a lot of work.
