Relaxing and very challenging – Heatos Review

I like this game a lot. It gets very challenging, and it would be nice if you could undo a move without having to start the puzzle from the beginning, but I still enjoyed playing it. The game play is relaxing, with at times frustratingly difficult puzzles, but when you solve the hard ones it's pretty gratifying. I think there are a lot of original ideas here, but with minimal instructions (which can also be frustrating). I would prefer if you could skip a puzzle and come back to it later, but I don't think it's possible; you have to solve the puzzle you're on in order to move forward to the next one. All of that said, my biggest complaint is that there aren't enough levels! I really wish the developer would add some new ones because they're fun, and also because I bought a bunch of flames and then ran out of puzzles to solve. Once you reach the last one, there's no more gameplay unless you go back over levels you've already solved, which is pretty lame. The first few puzzles of every level are really just overly-simple practice to get you acquainted with how to use newly introduced tiles. That's very helpful, but it also means that each level is really only a few boards. I'd give Heatos 5 stars if there were more levels. I'd also be willing to buy more flames, because they definitely come in handy when you want to cheat your way to the next level, and there's no point having them for levels you've already learned how to solve.
