So far so good – Horse Side Vet Guide Review

So far I like this app and after being in the vet field for some 27 odd years it seems to be pretty informative. However I did notice one little thing that should be clarified. If you're told not to use a drug or do something to a horse I feel like you should explain why you shouldn't use that drug or use that technique. For example you say " Acepromazine should not be used in stallions". Why??? You should explain why simply because it really should be used with caution in geldings for the same reason. And that reason is paralysis of the penis and the inability to retract the penis. All stallion and gelding owners need to know this for the same reason. No one wants that to happen to a male horse. The implications are not so good. I would think liability on your part would warrant a simple explanation. Otherwise a good app. I've enjoyed perusing this app so far.
