Can't login in ... and they're ignoring my emails – Productivity - Daily Planner Review

I've have sent them 2 emails. The first one was almost a auto-reply "We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. We will get our engineers look into it and get back to you once it is fully resolved." NEVER heard back from them, even after indent them a second email with a screenshot showing I can't log in (I have tried changing the password - nothing works). ?
