Game doesn't work – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Battle Match Game Review

I would love to know, why did I purchase this game if it doesn't work? I have yet to play the game because I can't get it started. It either doesn't load up at all or, doesn't get passed the download screen. Please fix or give me a refund.
