Great until you can't login anymore and can't reset the password – Password Manager SafeInCloud 2 Review

I got several logins setup and was liking it. But then, for some unknown reason, the fingerprint login stopped working. So, use the password, right? I have a high end password that I set up for this. It didn't work either. In all fairness, I may just be one character off, but which character?!? No way to reset password either. Now I have login information stored in a program that I can't access. Just great.
