Developer/Friends Wrote Reviews? – Photo Splash: Give Fancy Cool Effects Color Maker Review

This is the worst app, of it's type, that I have ever used! It does nothing! And when uploading a photo, only the upper left-hand corner appears for editing. Terrible! There are many better apps out there... keep searching, this one's not worth your time.
