Could not connect to server please connect to network – Tap Pet Shop Review

Error message occurs every time, I have deleted it and re-downloaded it multiple times hard reset my phone and re-booted the router i tried with cellular and with wi-fi same issue persists I'm on iOS 8.4 have been trying to play this game for 3 years now and still nothing this is lame.
