Fix pronunciation issue – French Dictionary + © Review

It's been almost a year since they lost the ability to use the feature "use better quality online voice when available" since they were not paying for the services online such as Google translate to be able to produce better quality voice for the app while they made money off such features since a lot of people, including no myself bought the app and it's extra features for this sole reason. I was told they were working on this issue proactively to figure the issue out. They were rude to me about the whole issue. Customer service is not as good as others say. I imagine a lot of reviews on here are fakes. There are apps there that are just as good as this if not better and actually have good customer service and are not rude to paying customers. I deleted this app I paid for because I did not want to support such rude app owners and since there are better apps available. I came back to download the app to see if if they ever fixed the better voice issue since I figured a year would be ample time to figure the issue since they said they were actively working on the issue and all they really needed to do was find a service like google translate and get a contract together that specified how much they needed to pay to use the service (since they already have the code to be able to pull better quality voice from Internet services like Google translate) so they could provide app users with better quality voice. Don't ask them about this issue or you will get a rude response.
