Has potential! – Talnts - Find Talent, Connect with Talent. Review

I'm really digging Talnts so far, but it's far too slow to be beneficial to me, the loading times to open, post and search are horrible. Fix this issue and I assure you that you'll gain an avid Talnts app user.
