Works fine downsize but needs upsizing capability – BatchResizer2 - Quickly Resize Multiple Photos Review

The app works fine when downsizing a mixed bag of image sizes, but sometimes you have images in the batch that need to be up sized to the new dimension. This app does not appear to upsize images.
