Totally Upset!!! – pwSafe 2 - Password Safe Review

I have been using Password Safe for several years. I logged in this evening to find that the system must have crashed and I lost everything. I am not happy right now because a lot of the passwords I did not have these pass codes written down on a hard copy. There is no number to even contact these App people. I had upgraded to PW2 last year, so much for the backup.
