The app didn't even open – Dot Up! Review

I downloaded it I my iPhone 5, tried opening the app but it was just its icon showing in full screen. Not moving beyond it. And crashed after few seconds. Tried numerous times. Even closed all apps and switched off the phone. Still won't load. Bad.
