I'm a customer – ADI US Review

This app is horrible. I've been an ADI customer for almost a decade now and their technology has always been lacking and way behind the competition. This App is worthless, searches take minutes to return results and I'm never going to use it if I have to wait longer than 5 seconds for a result to appear after I hit search. I hope someone in corporate wakes up and realizes we're in the 21st century now. Stop running this company like it's 1996.
