DOES NOT WORK! – Collage Pics - Editor, Maker, and Creator Fun Collages with filter background and border editing features for photo sharing pictures grid Review

All this app does is crash. I'd like my $1.99 'upgrade' fee back. It does not upgrade anything. You cannot change the color of borders or background without the app crashing. The concept seems great but it does not work. Do not waste your money!
