Best App – ECP Photo - Editor, Filters and Effects Review

This app is the Best. No fooling - I don't usually bother with reviews, but this app has brought me so much happiness ( do pay the little bit for the upgrade ) that I feel duty-bound to say something! Love this app! ?? It is my "go-to" app for my photos!
