Missing team – Dawn of Magic Review

I opened the app today... My whole except Jack is gone. No sign they were there to begin with. Using the 'where am I going' function has the missing member who should have been talking portrait replaced with a pretty orange orb. I don't want to try to play this with only one member and I'm not sure what happened to my team, they were there when I left. Help? I don't want to restart, it took me forever to get where I am.
