Meh... Can't really do anything with it. – Streak - CRM for Gmail Review

I can't move things between pipelines unless I have the web browser interface which usually only works on the computer, so there's a lack of functionality for me and like another reviewer said it be great to ask for help.... But the in app chat feature doesn't work. Disappointed:-/
