OUTSTANDING – Giffer Animated GIF Maker Review

I've tried many different apps, but this has to be the best one! There is so much versatility you can do and with the latest update it's even better! I love that I can save the giffs into a video now so I can share to Instagram! I recommend this app definitely. Thanks guys??
