Why can't I recover my team? – Rivals at War: 2084 Review

I spent a lot of money on this game and when I went to recover my team on this iPhone 6s Plus from my Gpad 7.0 it wouldn't let me. Also the game does not let me like on Facebook to get my 5 free tactics. Please fix this in an update
