Never lets me log in – Discount Bank - בנק דיסקונט Review

The app never lets me log in and i know for sure all of the log in information i put in is correct. I already reset my password twice and it lets me log in to change default password and then after that never lets me log in again. Ive tried everything and now im locked out of my account. I cant log in online either. So frustrated
