RIP OFF – Bloons TD 4 HD Review

I got a lame response to my inquiry as to why can you buy an app from a company as big as Ninja Kiwi, and it doesn't work, they take your money, and you get nothing. This app is still for sale as "BloonsTD4 for iPad." Yet it doesn't work for iPad. Used to be NinjaKiwi meant something, huge let down, I can purchase something, but not use it? Won't spend another dime with NinjaKiwi until this app works.
