No emails appear in "Inbox" – Streak - CRM for Gmail Review

Not sure what market advantage an email tracking app has over the competition when no emails appear in the inbox. Maybe I misunderstand what the app is supposed to do. I would ask the support team using the help/chat function of the app, but it doesn't work. Other than those issues, it isn't ugly, hence the second star.
