Excellent customer service from Zack – SpotEQ: Equalizer Bass Booster Review

Hello thinking on buying this? I highly recommend that you do so. I've been in correspond with the owner Zack for 3 days before I purchased his app asking many many questions about how to use this app. I'm not a tech person and Zack explained to me in simple terms on how to use this app. Zack's responses were simple and right to the point on how this app works. Like I said before in not a tech person so I'm still learning to manipulate my way around the equalizer I have to say it is a fun learning process. I had now idea how many different was and options you can make your music sound on either your Bluetooth device or on your headphones. I have to say that this app is very useful simple and fun. If you want to improve your sound quality on your listening devices then I suggest that you try this app. If you have any issues or concerns please tell Zack he will get back with you that was the most impressive part to me he is not like other app owners he acutely stands behind his app 100 percent.
