Lock does not work – VFX Studio - Action Photo FX Review

The editing is fine but I wanted the picture to be locked in place so I could trace it onto paper without movement. I double tapped to lock it and the locked icon was at the bottom. For some reason, the picture still moved around when I tried to trace it. This app would be perfect if the lock worked.
