Very disappointed! – Keno 4 Multi Card Review

I have spent hours playing this game, I had over a hundred million, I hit a 60000 win which would of paid 600 million and it zeroed out. I was so disappointed. I emailed and got no reply! The 20 card Keno is amazing and I have over 3 trillion on that one. Please fix this problem! It has done this too me 6 times now, and I love this game! Please please please fix the glitch in it! I want to get this one up to over 3 trillion also
