Lost everything – Jigsaw Puzzles 5000+ Review

I lost everything after having to reset my iPad. I redo loaded the app and signed in and lost every single puzzle I bought or earned and all my monthly free puzzles for the past 2 years or so. I am very unhappy as this has been one of the few apps I used daily.
