Just What I Needed – Kettle-Bell Workout Planner Review

I've had this app for awhile but I just did my first workout with it. I've done so many routines that wiped me out before. Got to the end and that makes it harder for me to go back and do it again. This workout got me winded (beginner level) but I got through the whole ten minutes. Doesn't sound like much but I look forward to getting stronger and working my way through the medium and hard levels.
