Not sure if part of the game – CHAOS Combat Copters -­‐ #1 Multiplayer Helicopter Simulator 3D Review

I was playing at an offline match, and there was this helicopter that did nothing but spam missiles uncontrollably. Nothing else, just spam missiles at an incredible rate of fire. Is this part of the game or just glitch?
